- Richard received both his Bachelor of Arts degree in New Testament and Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma. He then returned to the Atlanta area to work on the staff of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia. For three years he served there as the Director of Missions. Prior to his coming to The Mission Society staff, Richard was involved with The Mission Society as a Global Outreach instructor and a Mobilization Department representative as needed. He came on staff full-time in December 2006 as the Manager of Recruitment, serving as the coordinator of the Mobilization Department’s efforts in finding, connecting with, and building relationships with prospective candidates for service with The Mission Society. He currently serves as the Director of Mobilization and Candidacy.
